In a form application i m using a slider on an input field - type integer, the onchange event is not getting triggered when the value is changed using the slider, whereas it i fired if the value is changes in the input box and then focus is lost

Is there something i am missing in coding.

Also there is no option for the layout of the slider, where the input box should appear, i mean left right top bottom or should not be displayed at all, the value to be displayed as label on the slider
