I 'm having the same issue and I’m going crazy.
In my local pc everything works as expected . No errors at all. (CRM Project of SC samples)
After deploying on production server with all the same things and identical db copied the login error Sorry your user is not active appears…
I’ve finished all kind of the ideas about possible cause
