ScriptCase 9.11 old menu cant connect to database in production

I have been waiting for the 9.11 version update of scriptcase. I have been a user since 2016 and one thing is certain is that after each update something happens. Version 9.11 brings new and very good features, I decided to update a grid that I included in the menu of my application and I uploaded the responsive menu to production and now the production environment is damaged, while in development everything works ok. Except for the button groups that also have errors.

PLEASE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO UPDATE THE MENUS OF YOUR PROJECTS. BECAUSE YOU WILL BE IN MY SITUATION.

NOW WHAT DO I TELL MY CLIENTS?

Note that there is a workarround found by the original poster of that topic described there. Please just provide more information: Did the workarround work for you? What is the database used? Can you provide the settings (except address, username and password) in this screen of the Production Environment (including the Advanced tab)?
