GPS location tracking

I am looking for some solution to implement GPS location into SC Form. Have zero experience with GPS and very little with maps. Basically what I need is to store coordinates when the user click the button. At the moment I am talking about the web App opened on the mobile phone, but once this is working I would like to convert this into a mobile app. The preferred browser is Firefox (but if it works in chrome etc , that’s fine). It will be form to check-in and check out of the location.

Any ideas ?

Reading LOCATION

any ideas how to read the user location ? ie. I have a user check in to the App (so I can register the CheckIn time) but also I need to register his location VS destination location. There are two scenarios: runnigng web App through the browser (laptop OR phone) running App on a phone (with the SC Project converted to the mobile App) at the moment I am interested in the first option, then later the mobile version (As an alternative). i wanted to post a link but i cant… any way theres is an html geolocation api search for it on google, “html gps geolocation”

it has some security restrictions, for instance the app should be hosted on a secure connection site, you can try on your development computer, but when you host the app it should be in a secured site.

you should ask chat gpt, give me an small code html to get location of the coputer using gps and then, store that coordinates on a php variable

test te code, paste it on a blank app and you are good to go
