I’ve read the thread carefully and I understand that some of you may have difficulties to make customize something.
We are always trying to make our programmer’s life easier but unfortunatelly we can’t make all demands happen fast enough.

Some of our clients enjoy our Webhelp tool a lot, and we want others who don’t know the tool to enjoy it aswell, so we’re making some changes there and i’ll be glad to hear and analyze any suggestion on this topic.
Little sneak peak: I’s going be like our own online sc manual, but customizable.

Adz1111, since you started with some suggestion you could make a “Helpcase Suggestion” thread on the “Suggestions” section of the forum and i’ll be glad to go there later to check out your thoughts.

So if you cannot or will not program, then the only legitimate alternative is to purchase an off the shelf (or bespoke) system that does what you want. At the end of the day SC makes my programming life overall, very much simpler.

To be honest I joined this forum so I could share a bit with the people who uses scriptcase trying to make their life easier… I hit the wall several times in a lot of ways with scriptcase but yes it is still an affordable solution to do speed up “development” (notice the word).

My point here to all of you is… THIS FORUM IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO LET NETMAKE KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IS TO DO SOMETHING… and I mean that, I’ve tried to approach them with support (didn’t work), sales (worst try I ever did in my life), I even tried to pay for specific modifications to scriptcase and they refused. but… BUUUUUT… I’ve seen a greater response in forums than in any other channel. so. come on guys use this forum to let netmake what you guys want the product to be.

Lately we have increased our time alocation to the forums.
But there are only few guys who have to visit it everyday, and sometimes even these people have no time to take a look here.

For example, me, whenever I have some time to spare I give a fast look in the main section to see whats going on or check previously threads i’ve answered to see if people still need some info.
Also I like to close a little bit the gap between the devs and users.

But thats a thing that I do because I like and in my “free time” only.
