755 might not be suffficient, but if 777 doesn’t do the job then I wonder. Can you check who’s the owner of the directories? Is that you as a user or does it say ‘apache’?

mmm, I was hoping to get an apache and/or php error log. It tells you if and what has happened. The systeminfo is more-or-less a phpinfo report. If you set all your debug options on does it give you more info or do you have all the debugoptions enabled?
This is what hosting service support is giving me . Unfortunately nothing more .
I’ve got any possibility to set parameters as you requested.
What I mean is that the application which you have made to create the pdf, you regenerate with debug on: you go to application -> settings and set all debugging to on. Then generate and upload this to your server. Then try again. If there’s a problem in php it will report (i hope ).
