9.0.013 Update Really Fluffed Up My Installation [SOLVED]

I have my scriptcase installed on a server, and the 9.0.013 update really messed things up. I had to rollback to my 9.0.12 backup. Might want to take a look at the update. SC 9.0.013 was unusable for me, buttons missing, text missing, etc.
