tenes que sacar el campo de la fecha para que no lo muestre el fomulario, despues te vas a editar campos (edit fields) ahi te van a figurar los campos que no se muestran en el formulario, busca el campo y en el update selecciona de la lista desplegable (fecha del sistema).
