In my advance search I have 9 fields. Why would it take 10 to 15 seconds for the Advanced Search page to pop up? This should be almost instant.

Can you elaborate the Advanced Search thing? I could deduce by what you’ve told in the topic, but it would be better if you can point it out exactly which search are you referring.
