After the update old menu disappear

after the update the old menu is no longer working, it opens all the links on the same page making the menu disappear

I did further checks and noticed that if I use the default settings to create the menu the error does not appear,
However, if I use the menu with the sc_appmenu macros, it gives me this error: opening the page making the menu disappear (for completeness of information, the menu is set to open in tabs)

I am getting same problems with the menus.
