After update v9.0.019 - ER Diagram and Project Diagram still broken, does not display

Both the ER diagram and the Project diagram still does not display. These are features that are advertised but don’t work with the latest update. Worked fine with .017

I manually did the update. Both the ER and Project are working as expected. Thanks.
