Even with the translations! Because of me I just can not tear myself away from my old method of translation! 
With the data dictionary can synchronize all the forms that have to do with the tables.
With the strings in controls, containers and blank application as you do?
And with all the strings to be translated and which are located directly in the php code?
Ex:
sc_ajax_message (“Confermi l’uscita?”, “Titolo”, “”, “”)

Yes, you can translate forms w.o. tables. You need to apply the translations in the custom setting. you find this spot too in the repository. That goes too for manual added fields which are not part of any table. In fact in the repos you find all the selected tables with translations, the standard SC messages, and a special entry for custom translations.
I realy don’t know where the translations takes place in the SC code. I try to avoid looking at that as much as possible.

In Tools-> Local-> Languages, where you can find the translations, you must enter them manually in the ‘General’ section.
My question was whether and how they could go automatically!

Question was not complete clear to me. But afaik there’s no automatic translation for forms. You need to apply them manually and that can be a huge job as I have experienced. But that goes for any environment.
