Ajax_event onclick for field image (database) doesn't work anymore after update

Hi ,

After updating to last version , ajax_event OnClick on Image(database) field doesn’t work anymore in grid application ???
You can not choose image field in list.

Can you please restore that asap, because I use this in a few app
