This seems to happen intermittently, but when it happens, it’s always when more than one app is open for edit:
Two apps open: App1A and App2B
You click on App2B to select/copy SQL syntax or some event code.
Click App1A to paste it, but the screen doesn’t change: you’re still editing App2B (but App1A is highlighted).
At this point, you can close App2B. Switch to home and back to App1A (App2B is what you’re editing!).
Generate the code for App2B.
Go back to App1A and click “Save”. App2B is now Outdated (you just saved to App2B from the edit window for App1A).
This is probably an easy fix. It seems to behave like an array index gets lost during the switch between two apps that are open for edit.
It’s still a critical bug.
