Oh, what a delightful surprise! I added Danish to one of my applications, and guess what? All the Scriptcase messages magically transformed into Icelandic—a completely unrelated language, of course. I mean, who doesn’t love a little linguistic adventure? And just to make sure they were aware of this minor hiccup, I hopped onto their general chat. But, to my shock, the guy just cut me off mid-sentence. How efficient! Then, I dutifully submitted an Error Report, expecting at least a polite acknowledgment… but no. No confirmation email to reassure me that my message was even received. Truly a top-tier customer service experience. Couldn’t be more impressed!
