Auto save form in the background during the time interval

Looking for solutions to auto save form.
I have read already several topics on the forum, but I have not found a solution that would enable automatic save form within a specified time interval.
For example, every 5 minutes.

Does anyone have experience with this or can advise?

but I have no idea where and how to use it in practice.

Of doing this please for a little more detailed explanation, if you have time. Unfortunately, I’m not a programmer, so I have some problems with solutions that affect coding.

But I would like to upgrade it.

How to turn off the message “Processing” and “data changed” it is the first question.

As regards the second but still I do not know how to work in the hosting. I will now try do deploy and how it works.
Why?

On hosting I have a problem to me after each update puts form on page 1, and I do not know why.

Storage of data is important only on page 13, and if my form is always placed on page 1 this is a big problem.
