I have a form with a lot of fields and need auto two fields automatically.

What I need is:

By entering the number of “employee” in the “no. Employee” field automatically fill two fields. “Employee Name” field and the other is “Employee Name”.

The “Employee Name” and “Last Name Employee” have defined the fields in the database, a table and other data is Employee Name, Employee Name and Employee Number.

How can I do this?

create an onchange ajax event and apply the code there: select the required data from the database and fill the fields.

I still can not run what I need.

Now I have another problem, which is similar to the above.

I need to display a label field or automatic linking two fields.

The issue is:

I have an application whose name is: SALARY ADVANCES. This form has several fields, including employee name.

EMPLOYEE NAME field have him as: Text Ajax AutoComplete. This field does is take the Employee ID from the table: tb_Employee.

So I do well there.

Now what I need is in the application: PROGRESS salary, a field or tag to make the following action: Upon completing the Employee Name field (from the application: salary advances), I need you on the field or label me show status EMPLOYEE.

This information (employee status), I have in the table: tb_Employee, the field is called Employee_Status.

My need is that when the employee’s name is entered in the form somewhere can view the status of employee !.
