When from Configuration ----> Services -----> backup we try to make a backup does NOT do anything.
Any help on this?

We have the Scriptcase installed on a Windows 10 computer. I don’t know what additional information you need, can you specify what more data you need?
What happens is that it does nothing at all, after the screen that asks you for the name of the file a blue screen appears without any error.
