Backup failing - Fatal Error

Hi,

I have a very big project that i am working on now which has 1150 applications and is growing.

When trying to make a backup i am getting a fatal error.

========================================
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in C:\Program Files (x86)\NetMake\v7\wwwroot\scriptcase\prod hird\adodb\drivers\adodb-pdo.inc.php on line 630

how do i overcome this problem?

Thanks

Anil

Change in php.ini: memory_limit

Wow … :slight_smile:

Indeed, regenerating all will be a huge time-eater ;-). But in this case, if the backup of scriptcase doesn’t work I would go for the simple way.Just create a full external backup of sc and all it’s directories.

indeed. it does take a long time to re-generate after each new update to scriptcase. The current time is 1hr 45 minutes and still continuing. see attached pic.

RHS: thanks will try tonight.

audcom: when you say make an external backup. do you mean a scriptcase directory backup using a backup software?

Yes I do. I make a lot of those backups, It allows you to roll back to previous SC too if necessary.

Try 3, 5 or 10 compilers (Options / Settings / System Settings) … :wink:

mmm, only if you upgrade to 7.1. Which comes to it, do you have currently issues? I’m still on 7 and cannot afford breaking things currently…
