Running version 10.01.003(15). When going to Options->Settings, and clicking Backup, then process button, it finishes the process but when clicking Download the file does not exist. Going to check the Backup folder, it seems the backup files are there (not compressed). Anybody having the same issue?
Same with Export Project, it finished, and the download button points to a tmp folder where the zip should be, but it is not.
We conducted some initial tests on the latest version of Scriptcase (10.1.003) and were able to perform a full backup as well as export individual projects. Upon completion, clicking the “Download” button successfully downloaded the file.
Have you contacted the tool’s support team to report this issue? If not, we strongly suggest doing so—preferably via chat—as this type of problem is treated as a high priority; it affects a core function and can prevent continued use of the software in certain situations.
