Basic question about charts

Hello,

I ve got one very basic question:
Using SC, is it possible to display charts directly besides the grid or only on PDF report?

AFAIK you can do both. Look at the example movies. They are showing the charts apeart from pdf. Point is however, that for deployment you need a server with JRE (for both graphics as pdf). I posted a remark about this.

Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be some real documentation on this.
The samples on sriptcase.net mainly do not work (anymore), SC’s Webhelp just briefly explains some settings within SC.

But there’s no HowTo…

@SC Support: Could you please provide some documentation on how to set up charts?

In the movies there are some charts being made. Perhaps this can help you. The documentation is a poor point of SC, I agree. Apart from that it’s one of the best tools I’ve seen. Better docs would make it unbeatable.
