Best option for vertical multi-page form?

Hi all,

Customer has asked me to create a multi-page form with a vertical menu, similar to attached image. As this isn’t possible out of the box, does anyone have suggestions for the best way to tackle this?

Also, has anyone run into an issue where a container doesn’t open links in the specified target? I created a test container app, and told it to open links of widget1 inside widget2, however it doesn’t do it. Links clicked in widget1 are opened inside widget1.

Just off the top of my head…
Make a vertical Menu Application with 6 Menu items as shown(with Red X Icons)… then 6 identical ones with green check mark icon.
Connect them to their relevant pages and Hide/Show the menu item based on session variables that you set upon completion of a step.

Only tricky piece is the Hi Amanda part on the bottom left… but maybe you could stick the menu and that bottom left piece in a Dashboard application.
