Best practice for getting images uploaded as part of a project

Hi. I have some images that I use from my own code, NOT the built-in code that SC uses when showing an image as a logo in a header.

So, what is he best, clean SC way for me to get these images to deploy as part of a project. I don’t want any files I have to ftp in additional steps.

Not sure, but afaik if you create something within the _lib directory it will get uploaded. So perhaps it will be workable if you create a images directory there?
