Blank screen after enabling PHP-FPM for PHP Version 8.1

Hi,
After I enabled PHP-FPM for PHP Version 8.1 I logged in to my scriptcase but there are no project there, its just a blank screen, if I disabled the PHP-FPM for PHP Version 8.1 everything working perfictly, my problem now I have to enable it because my API will not work without enablinig the PHP-FPM for PHP Version 8.1, I sent this issue to support but not sure if they reply fast an my situation is critical, any ideas?

Set all debugging options on, as SC disables that in your deployment for security reasons. If you do not get an error message then, you must verify the php.ini files as the application most likely dies on an non existent function which could be because you do not have a required package enabled. If anything fails, then try to replicate the issue on your local machine as that will make debugging more easy (but still difficult).

Hola Aducom. I have Plesk and i need to edit php.ini for scriptcase installation. Plesk dont have file manager for server just for websites. But it have 3 files to edit php.ini FPM application, FastCGI or Dedicated FPM? Do you know which one is?

Hi Jose, the first thing I do when having a windows server is to remove plesk and install UniformServer. Then I have all under my own control. If you have a shared hoster with Plesk, then you need to ask your hoster.
