It would seem that since the last update ([SIZE=12px]8.1.066)[/SIZE] the breadcrumbs bar now only shows the first time you run your menu app. After this it’s a no show!
If you clear your browser cache it shows again but only once.

On further investigation the problem seems to be related to grids shown in tabs that have a “Refresh Interval” set in Grid Settings.
