When the field is Data Type Checkbox AND the Lookup Type is Multiple Values (delimiter) AND the Option to Check All is checked AND the Disabled Field is set… the end user can still click the Check or Uncheck All button and change the selected check boxes to All or Nothing.
The Option to Check All MUST be disabled when the disable field is set.
