Bugs SC 9.8, html editor

I have a form which field using html editor. I have deployed some months ago in production. I upgrade my SC to 9.8 in my development, while my production still use PHP 7.3. I redeploy 1 form application that use html editor. When I run in my development, it shows the html editor, but in my production it shows as text.
I do redeploy several times, it is still the same. I reload the web service, it still show the same form in text not html editor.

Hi, you have to update your production environment.
