I am deploying a master detail form. In detail form suddenly “insert” buttons do not show anymore. However, it is set in tool bar configuration and aplication link properties too. The detail form is view grid editable.

Are you using security module? Most likely you need to synchronize the applications and adjust rights to them.
I disabled security just for test and forgot it. Now after enable it, works fine.
