Calendar questions

I have some questions:

is it possible to have a calendar in read only mode ?

and then, how works the recurrent and period parameters ? because I have tried to select recurrent=Yes and Period=weekly but the event generated is only for a single day selected.

Unfortunately not. Well, depends. If you click on a date then the scriptcase form pops up and of course you can make that read-only. But it will not prevent moving dates on the calender. It’s a nice feature for some situation, but in general the module has limited use.
