Tengo una aplicacion con 2 campos Select y al usarla en el telefono no funciona, simplemente no muestra los registros solo un recuadro en blanco, cualquier ayuda se los agradeceré

Esa aplicacion estaba hecha con la version 8 de scriptcase hace alrededor de 4 años y no me habian reportado ese problema hsata hoy, genere de nuevo toda la aplicacion y actualice libreriras y no el resulado fue el que les mandé, volvi a hacer esa aplicacion en especifico y funcionó perfectamente.
