Can make a PDF-report but can not generate and work with it

For your info:
I use 9.1.009 and PHP 7.1.9, I reinstalled scriptcase
I did my tests in Chrome and Forefox

Problem is that I can make a pdf-report as a new application, but can not generate it and not run it
Als older made pdf-reports can not been generated.
So I can not use this at all.
I tried to make a PDF-report in a complete new application, als no result.
What could be the reason?

When I try to run an not-generated report it seems that the whole project restarts, very strange

I solved the problem. It was because I ticket in system settings: “Use session in database”. So I had to study what it means before I ticket it.
