I have the same problem with SC7, but I just tried to run UPDATE with SC6 and it works fine.
I have yesterday updated to .11 without problems.
I’m trying to update SC for about 5 days and keep getting the same error. Amazingly SC6 updated work fine.

I have just tried it again, took about 1 minute and then 5 new files have been loaded yet.

<sigh> - me too - “upgraded” weeks ago to SC7 and have not been able to successfully update once. Not good enough, SC!

This sounds like a possible lan issue judging fromthe 192.168… addresses. Put your server temporarily in the router as having full port forwarding and access. In most routers you can designate one machine to be the default machine that accepts all incoming connnections that are not forwarded by rules.

I can’t tell what causing it, but fwiw, I updated this morning without any problem.
I still can not update.

I am using a MAC with the latest OSX updates.
Any word on when we will be able to update online again?

I managed to update to .13 after several failed attempts. It all seems to be a matter of “hit or miss” or maybe perseverance…
