Cannot check for Version Updates

Updates have been failing for me for days. Tried turning off Windows firewall. No luck.

How do I manually upgrade the Windows version? This doc looks out of date – didn’t want to screw anything up:

Thanks!

Same problem… I just bought a new license and tried to do my first update, but no success.

Search for Available Updates

I paid for a support ticket in order to get this resolved. I’ll save you some money and give you their reply here:

Try a manual update, follow the steps:
1 - Get the download page ScriptCase - http://www.scriptcase.net/download-scriptcase/
2 - Download the zip “ScriptCase V7 ZIP”
3 - Then extract the folder in the same directory ScriptCase folder.

Example: /opt/NetMake/v7/wwwroot/scriptcase.

Of course, he didn’t answer my question as to why I have to manually update every time… especially when Microsoft, Adobe, Corel, and a hundred other programs seem to be downloading updates with no problem. Frustrating.

Hello. I am having this problem but as Ian said it was running OK and now I have this message. I am working on a MAC server with apache. I have an AVG antivirus, have already set the realtime protection to off but the error persists. I have tried it several times, several days and the problem persists. I really want to check the updates, because as far as I have seen, the MAC version is a little bit behind the Windows one.

Regards.
