Cannot Log into Scriptcase

I am using Windows 8 and I tried to log into Scriptcase and got the following error:

You have reached your license connections limit, choose which session do you want to disconnect to log in.
admin 127.0.0.1 h1uc6n0km8ldcdp74jlb1nbvh4

Can someone tell me the best way to get around this error and why it is occurring?

The best way of avoiding it is logging out after your development session. IF you hit the ‘x’ of your browser your session will not have terminated and cause the above message.
