When I try to login I get this error:
“The limit of simultaneous connections of this license has been reached. Please try again later.”
This is local PC, single license.
any ideas what is going on ?

You have more than one user defined in your sc instance, have been loggin in under one name, did not logoff and now you try to login with another user name. Solution is to login under the second uid and then logoff or hack the sqlite database where your session is stored.
