Cannot remove the project

I have a project with no Apps in it (some old testing stuff)…
When I try to OPEN it to remove the project I get ERROR:

You don’t have the necessary privilege to access this page.

is there any other way to get rid of this crap ?

I had a similar issue once and I used a sqlite tool to hack the database SC is using. But it’s not a recommended method, so make a good working backup before doing so.
