I am trying to restore an old backup from setting then restore.
I did choose the zip file then I pressed send.
the page is only keeping loading forever and nothing happens.
any help is appreciated in this matter
Just some hints…
Check the php error log, if there are any timeouts.
Try increasing upload_max_filesize in the php settings, maybe the file is bigger than that.
Switch on the error reporting in php.

there is no PHP error log, only keep loading for ever with no error and nothing happen
