Can't get mutiple table to work in a grid

I have a ticket sytem that needs mutiple notes. The ticket information is stored in one table and all the notes for that ticket is stored in another.

i need to be able to get the ticket information in one box and the notes in another. can someone please help???

the relation between the tables are $id for the tables and $c_id for the notes.

Maybe a Master > Detail configuration? I think the SC term is “nested” (?)

Or have I misunderstood?
