Capture a field from a grid

Hi, I use V5 and I am trying to capture a field from a grid into a form, I did this in V4 without problems, but now in V5 I can`t do it.

The link is created but when I press the icon for the capture, the new window (or modal) opens but I can`t select the field I want to capture.

Is it a bug or what?

In V4 there’s a radio button to pick up a value from a grid.
In V5 there should be an underlined select so you only have to click once to pick up the value, do you see this select link?

Does anyone knows why the capture doesn?t works for me?? anyone have the same problem?

I would also like help with this (hope it’s the same thing).

I have a grid like this

ID title color
1 apples red
2. banana yellow
3. cabbage green

I want to click on banana in the grid and have it open a form that edits the redord in the database that has an id of 2.

Can anyone walk me through this?

No it’s not the same thing. You need a link of type “field”. It’s very easy, check the samples on the website.
