Hi,

I created FORM Application Called “Service Level Agreement” in this form application contains fields related to customers such as,

  1. Customer_Code
  2. Customer_Name.

I created capture link from Customer_Code to another application of “GRID_Customer_Master”.However I could able to capture Customer_Code while selecting from “Grid Customer Master”, But i was unable to capture Customer_Name along with in my Form Application.

Please assist is it possible to create capture link that brings more than one field.
