I try to install v8 on my existing V7 , at the end of setup procedure I get a Windows error message CGI/FASTCGI stopped working and was closed ???
I try again after uninstal but still the same
How can I solve this ?

Dont install V8 over your V7, just install it next to it. V7 and V8 work quite well next to each other, as long as your keys are still valid. Then just export your V7 projects and import/upgrade them in V8.
I hope you havent destroyed your V7 or still have a backup.

No of course I have my backup but first I installed V8 next V7, but having the same message I have try to install in place of V7 !!!

Grab a port checker (find sysinternals portmon in google or nirsoft utilities and grab cports) or use netstat -a to see which ports are in use.
With the tools you can find which program uses that port. Assuming the firewall is set properly and the port is allowed on your server it should work.
If the port is already in use you can easily change the listening port, see here: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/current/bind.html
Scriptcase uses apache to changing the port is is simple as that.

scriptcase 8 is default on port 87 (if I am correct) and 8.1 is on port 88. You dont have a listening port on 88 so installing sc8 new should work. If it doesnt then I suspect a firewall/antivirus issue.

I also try in save mode with networking !!!
You can check your event logging in your windows for errors. Is the apache webservice running and the port not reachable or does it stop immediately again?
There is also in c:\Program Files (x86)\NetMake\components\apache\logs\error.log a logging with some info that could help.

You mentioned you installed over v7. What this means exactly?
Are you installing with SC installer? or over an existing apache?
Did you tried to get an standalone Apache server working?
Did you tried to install V7 again?
Between the two error.log I have uninstall firewall and antivirus, before there was only disabled, but it’s always with mod_fcgid ???
first I installed v8 without uninstalling V7, i get this error, after that I read on download section of sc that we can also copy zip content directy on scriptcase directory, but I get the same error
I uninstalled both v7 and V8 and install v8 again, same error
I installed again v7 for seeing what’s happen, same error
I uninstalled easyphp and everything concerning apache php and mysql, install again v8 , but the same error
I’m on vista, 32 bits

You could try changing the FcgidBusyTimeout in your apache.conf
