Change events background color in Calendar

Hello,

I have found a lot of topics regarding changing the events background color. However, the answers deal only with SC 7 and SC 8 and the result: “not possible”. Is there any plan to make an update on that? Actually it makes less sense using colors to differentiate the past, current and future dates. In my application I need to mark “visit customer” and “customer visit” in differnt colors.

you can use the calendar’s category for this purpose, no?

I’ve done it using an spare (extra) column, with the hex color value (#12ab10). Then asign that column to the category field. It even allow to furter filter the results.

This does not work in scriptcase 7 or 8, just 9.
