Change font color on FORM

Hello,
I use the macro sc_field_color in grid with event onRecord and it works perfectly.
Is there an equivalent macro for form ?
I need to “underline” only the cell with value different than zero ?
Is it possible ?

Or if I need to follow different directions , like javascript or what ?

Searching through the forum, I guess the only solution is to use javascript.
I need to change color dynamically based on the value of the field, in a MULTIRECORD FORM, like attachment.

I found in the post http://www.scriptcase.net/forum/forum/main-category/main-forum/5817-field-color-in-grid-form , the solution provided from jsbinca.
Apart me being new to javascript code, I am not sure it is the solution with Multiple record form .
Anyone has solution to this ?
