I have a field “deliverystatus” that is empty or value C. I can set refined search to show “NOT DELIVERED” when it is empty, but is there any way to display “DELIVERED” instead of “C?” I tried setting a new field that has that value (“DELIVERED/NOT DELIVERED” on record but refined search will not function on fields not in the actual table.
