Chart export got empty(PDF, Word, Excel...)

I’m using grid/chart in Scriptcase v7 and v8, but the export cannot function on the 2 versions, when export to PDF/word/excel, got the empty document.

How can that be?

Are you unable to export to PDF/word/excel on SC 7?

Either on SC v7 or v8, I’m using the samples project and export the chart to PDF/Excel/Word, all got empty file. got nothing. could that be clear?

Yes, on my environment, every project got the export error.
