Charts don't work on production server

I deployed my project to a CentOS server and the charts won’t work.

They say “Error loading data”.

I read this thread http://www.scriptcase.net/forum/archive/index.php/t-5365.html but it did not worked for me.

Help!!!

to check if it’s a rights issue try to set all folders to 777. If it works then you have to search for the folder that needs these rights. It’s very well possible that there’s some other temp dir is used / accessed.

I did set all html Directory to 777 and still no luck.

Solved.

I was looking to the folders and inside _lib there was no tmp folder.

I created it and set 777 to it and it now works.

There are some posts noticing inexistent ‘files’ and ‘tmp’ folders. Post it in bug subforum please to NetMake be noticed about this issue
