Charts not created in PDF grid/report.

Hi, I tested the export to pdf function and it is not creating the charts in the production environment. Im using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, scriptcase 9.3.

Hi,

Did you eventually find a solution for this issue? I encounter the exact same problem. I can generate pdf in local environment without any problem though. Once deployed, I get the same problem as you.

Yes, part of it was due to permissions in the file system. Making sure wkhtmltopdf has the proper permission as well as phantomjs. But I do recommend downloading the latest version of phantomjs and replacing the older version provided by scriptcase. I also narrowed down the problem to security settings in the server. When tls 1.1 and 1.0 was enabled the graphs loaded but, in my case that presented a security problem. The updated phantomjs file worked fine with tls 1.2.
