This has been requested number of times.
Please remove the CHART section from the blocks (if the CHARTING IS NOT USED). This only adds more Up/Down scrolling (or at lease let SC memorize the Block settings so if I collapse the block and re-open App settings it stays closed).
For example GRID App uses 3 (THREE) extra blocks for charting even if nobody want to use the charts with the grid.
