Chrome extremely slow

Does anybody experiences extreme slowness when firing uo sc 8.1.in chrome? (W10 64 bit)

i mean:

• -chrome already open(so the process already running), double click to launch SC, it takes even 2-3 minutes only to give me the login screen (hangs up loading, no disk activity)

• -sometimes after inserted login credentials end hit enter it hangs up loading the development interface without getting to the list of projects., eventually i have to kill chrome process because is not going anywhere....

already clean all the cache, cookies and all possible...reinstalled chrome, nothing

Firefox instead seems to be ok.

is ti possible to solve this?

Workaround…

resetting chrome to initial status (Settings–>advanced–>restore) seems to temporarely solve the problem.

except that after about a week of SC usage, the problem slowly shows up again. So restore again and so on…annoying

I’m experiencing the exact same issue.
Even locally on the server where PHP and Mysql are located, working with Chrome is extremely slow.
I tested Edge from remote and it is very fast.
SC team: any idea to avoid this to our users as we can’t control what browser they use ?
