Clearing Search Criteria clears Radio Button Defaults

I think this is a bug.

On a Grid, if you Clear the Search criteria by pressing the Clear button, any defaults that you had on Radio Buttons are cleared also.
I would suspect that clearing the criteria really should clear everything and reset the defaults.

This bug is still there since 2013 and it’s affecting radio and checkbox .
8 years still to fix a bug which is trivial.
Not bad.
